We can be requested return, due to mistake occurred from our end, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. Also we accept returns, but we do not pay for shipping, hence the customer has to pay for shipping cost.

Exchanges and Returns

All returned products must accompany written explanation in order to return. Returned products MUST be returned in "new" resalable condition, in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be given within 15 days.

Refund will not be issued if returned product is found to be damaged beyond use, if it has been used or if product has been damaged in return shipping.
